Intelligent Logging
Use the Log Food button to add your intake. You can search our database or enter a protein amount manually. For quick additions from recipes, use the "Log This Recipe" button inside a recipe card.
Recipe Hub
The Recipe Hub is smart. It knows how much protein you have left to meet your goal and sorts recipes to help you "Complete Your Day" perfectly. Click any recipe to expand it.
Advanced Progress
The Progress tab shows more than just totals. The Pacing Chart visualizes *when* you ate, and the PQS (Protein Quality Score) is a sample metric for how varied your protein sources are.
